You will own the end-to-end development of training materials and facilitate engaging, live virtual sessions for Sono Bello's remote Patient Ambassador Center team. Your work directly impacts performance metrics and learner effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in training, instructional design, or sales coaching
• Proven ability to design and develop training materials
• Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a virtual environment

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training plans, materials, job aids, and assessments
• Conduct needs assessments and translate findings into training solutions
• Facilitate continuation training and coordinate sessions
• Provide feedback and coaching to learners
• Collaborate with leadership to align training with performance data
