You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives driving new customer acquisition in the SMB and mid-market segments. Your coaching and execution directly impact quota attainment and pipeline health for a fast-growing, venture-backed startup transforming the waste industry.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives.
- Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
- Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs while building sales culture.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience including 2+ years managing Account Executives.
- Proven track record leading teams to consistently hit or exceed quota.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales motions (prospecting to close).
- Data-driven mindset with CRM and sales metrics experience.

- Experience scaling early or growth-stage sales teams.
- Background managing inside or SMB AE teams.
- Waste, recycling or construction industry knowledge.
