💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale a team of Account Executives driving new customer acquisition in the SMB and mid-market segments. Your coaching and execution directly impact quota attainment and pipeline health for a fast-growing, venture-backed startup transforming the waste industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of full-cycle Account Executives.
  • Own team quota attainment, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new AEs while building sales culture.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience including 2+ years managing Account Executives.
  • Proven track record leading teams to consistently hit or exceed quota.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales motions (prospecting to close).
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM and sales metrics experience.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling early or growth-stage sales teams.
  • Background managing inside or SMB AE teams.
  • Waste, recycling or construction industry knowledge.
