Description

You will lead technology and business transformations for rail clients, driving strategic value through digitalization, automation, and data-driven innovation. You'll develop C-level relationships, shape transformation strategies, and oversee executive-level projects.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of management consulting, with 5 years of project experience in the railway sector, ideally in digitalization or operations optimization
• Recognized certifications in project management (IPMA/PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum/SAFe), business analysis (IREB/CARS), or service management (ITIL), plus additional qualifications in Data/Cloud/AI
• Experience in initiating and implementing strategy, value enhancement, operating model, and tech transformation projects for C-level clients
• Track record in developing and maintaining a C-level network in the rail industry
• Fluent German and English, and an above-average university degree

Responsibilities

• Identify and realize strategic value through digitalization, automation, and data-driven transformation in rail
• Generate significant business development success and expand long-term C-level client relationships
• Design tech transformation and digitalization strategies for clients in an environment shaped by GenAI, automation, and data-based value creation
• Develop service portfolio, initiate new products and services, analyze market and technology trends, and actively open new customer segments
• Manage executive-level transformation projects as a sparring partner, develop target images, roadmaps, and operating models, and ensure successful implementation
