You'll lead mission assurance across supplier quality, hardware quality, and configuration management at CHAOS Industries, a defense tech company with a multi-product portfolio giving warfighters domain dominance. You'll establish independent assurance authority across manufacturing and supplier environments, ensuring products and processes meet compliance and mission-readiness requirements. Build scalable systems supporting a rapidly growing production scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead supplier quality, manufacturing quality, inspection, and configuration management
• Drive CAPA, root-cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
• Own configuration integrity including ECO/ECN governance and serialized tracking
• Maintain readiness for AS9100, FAR/DFARS, and audit/compliance requirements

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years in quality, mission assurance, supplier quality, or configuration management leadership
• 5+ years managing multi-functional quality organizations
• Experience in aerospace, defense, RF, electronics, or high-reliability manufacturing
• Strong understanding of configuration-controlled and serialized hardware environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting radar, RF, or advanced electronics manufacturing
• Familiarity with DCMA/DCAA engagement and traceability-controlled production
• ASQ, CQE, CMII, or equivalent certification
