As a Floor Lead at Mejuri, you'll drive store success by upholding exceptional customer service, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless daily operations. You'll lead by example on the sales floor, motivate the team, and contribute to a dynamic environment that redefines luxury retail.

• Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle escalations and work cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure quality customer experience and uphold Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Maximize KPI achievement (OPH, NPS, SPH) through own performance and team engagement
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and order fulfillment (BOPIS, phone sales)
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Support onboarding, assess team performance, and foster a positive work environment
