You'll lead small groups on 2-3 week all-country trips across Japan, sharing your passion for the culture while ensuring a smooth, safe, and unforgettable experience. You'll be the first personal contact for travelers, handling any issues and monitoring service quality. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a group of 4-12 travelers on 2-3 week trips throughout Japan.
• Provide clear information about visited places and convey enthusiasm for Japan.
• Serve as first personal contact for customers during the trip.
• Ensure traveler safety and smooth tour operations.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of German language for client communication.
• Very good knowledge of Japanese language.
• Valid working visa for Japan.
• Extensive knowledge of Japanese history, traditions, and current affairs.
