🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of backend engineers in full software lifecycle ownership
• Set architectural direction and provide technical guidance
• Partner with Product Manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
• Champion DevOps culture with infrastructure as code and automated testing

📋 Requirements

• C#/.NET backend development
• Azure cloud services
• Event-driven architecture and microservice development (Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers
