💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a finance partner supporting Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing leaders at Unity. Your core impact will be driving end-to-end forecasting and strategic analysis for top-line, headcount, and operational expenses. You'll translate key insights to business partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as finance partner for Sales, eCommerce, and Marketing leaders.
• Support end-to-end forecasting, planning, close, and budgeting.
• Maintain and report on key GTM KPIs such as ARR, ACV, active seats.
• Partner with Data and BI teams to improve dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate variances and surface insights.
• Skill in financial modeling and large data manipulation.
• Experience with financial systems (Adaptive, Workday), Salesforce, Google Suite.

• Experience with SQL.
