💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of attorneys providing strategic legal guidance on consumer product development, marketing, and promotion for a leading health and wellness telehealth platform. You'll shape product legal strategy across FDA-regulated and digital offerings while building a high-performance team. This role offers the chance to do and build at the intersection of healthcare, e-commerce, and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on product development, launches, and lifecycle management
• Interpret consumer protection laws impacting products and services
• Partner with senior product and marketing leaders on strategy
• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level attorneys

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction
• 9+ years practicing at a law firm and/or in-house
• Experience advising on consumer products and advertising/marketing issues
