Description

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on solar utility and sub-station equipment near Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves troubleshooting electrical components, documenting work, and ensuring safety protocols are followed to maintain optimal plant operations.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License or higher preferred
• 1+ years experience in commercial/industrial O&M on solar power plants preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with inverters, tracker systems, or sub-station equipment (TMEIC, SMA, Sungrow, etc.)
• Reside within 50 miles of Minneapolis, Minnesota

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on solar utility and sub-station equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical components using digital multi-meters, meggers, and amp clamps
• Document work orders, time logs, and inventory control
• Ensure proper working order of installed solar equipment
• Adhere to safety protocols including LOTO and Job Hazard Analysis
