You'll lead the development of systems that redefine how brokers, customers, and internal teams interact with energy services. Your work will drive scalable product delivery and architectural direction across customer acquisition, success, and developer experience platforms. You'll help launch new products that streamline onboarding and improve service transparency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and deliver end-to-end scalable systems
• Improve core platforms and developer tooling
• Rapidly prototype new workflows and product ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship solutions

📋 Requirements

• Senior or Staff Engineer experience in a high-growth startup
• Proven ability to design complex systems at scale
• Deep experience with Python, Node.js, and AWS serverless
• Skilled in React for responsive front-ends

• Exposure to energy sector or regulated industries
• Experience building internal tools for brokers or sales teams
• Familiarity with real-time data processing or AI-driven systems
