Description

You will lead the development of a highly technical CI/CD product, shaping product strategy from early concepts through launch and iteration. You'll partner with Engineering, Product Design, and Research to integrate AI capabilities into validation workflows, making software testing faster, more intuitive, and powerful for developers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management and engineering, including at least 1 year as a professional engineer
• Deep technical background with experience working cross-functionally to ship technical products
• Passionate about solving critical problems for developers at scale
• Deep understanding of how software is built, tested, and released
• Experience shipping developer tools is preferred

Responsibilities

• Help shape product strategy for CircleCI, from early concepts through launch and iteration
• Deeply understand developer and validation workflows and identify where they can be made faster, more powerful and intuitive, especially with AI
• Navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful tradeoff decisions in 0-1 product environments
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research and Product Design to translate AI breakthroughs into usable validation experiences
