💼 About This Role

You'll own and evolve SimpliSafe's Okta environment and identity strategy as the go-to expert on IAM. You'll partner with Security, Engineering, and HR to build scalable access governance and lifecycle automation. This role offers the chance to define IAM standards and architecture that keep the company secure and compliant.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive IAM strategy across the enterprise
• Own design, configuration, and optimization of Okta environment
• Build and maintain Okta Workflows for automation
• Lead access certification and review programs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management
• Deep hands-on expertise in Okta
• Strong technical skills across SSO (SAML, OIDC/OAuth), MFA, directory services
• Experience with lifecycle management automation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta Privileged Access or Okta Identity Governance
• Familiarity with IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt
• Experience with AWS IAM and cloud identity patterns
