🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of developers and QA engineers in SaaS development.
• Manage full SDLC including planning, design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted and agentic AI development practices.
• Review releases and manage the release process.

📋 Requirements

• 10–15 years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience with AWS and SaaS architecture.
