You'll manage commercial, institutional, and government construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects from estimating through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractor buyout, procurement, and budgeting
• Develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor safety and quality

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years (PM I) or 7-10 years (PM II) of construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Commercial construction methods and project execution experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

✨ Nice to Have

• Government construction contracts experience
• OSHA 30 certification
• USACE/NAVFAC CQC certification
