💼 About This Role

You'll join Scion Group as a Facilities Technician, handling maintenance and repair requests at a student living property. You'll ensure safety and functionality of buildings and equipment while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Log and complete service requests using Entrata and CMMS systems
• Perform routine maintenance including appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting
• Inspect vacated apartments and record necessary repairs
• Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and operating systems

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intent to obtain within six months

• Knowledge of key management and security systems
