You'll help implement Cloudbeds' Whistle messaging platform for hotel clients, tailoring it to their needs. You'll drive product adoption and show ROI while building strong client relationships. This role offers a chance to work with a globally remote team transforming hospitality technology.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Facilitate client onboarding, training, and support via video, phone, email
  • Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues
  • Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, drive retention
  • Record activities in Salesforce, gather feedback for product improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years hospitality experience (Front Desk/Revenue Manager) or 3+ years SaaS customer-facing role
  • Deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology (RMS, dynamic pricing, etc.)
  • Ability to translate AI-driven concepts into clear business terms
  • Professional fluency in English

  • Project Management certification
  • Professional fluency in Spanish
  • Familiarity with CRM/Email Marketing platforms
