You'll help implement Cloudbeds' Whistle messaging platform for hotel clients, tailoring it to their needs. You'll drive product adoption and show ROI while building strong client relationships. This role offers a chance to work with a globally remote team transforming hospitality technology.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Facilitate client onboarding, training, and support via video, phone, email
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated issues
- Partner with Sales to define success, demonstrate ROI, drive retention
- Record activities in Salesforce, gather feedback for product improvements
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality experience (Front Desk/Revenue Manager) or 3+ years SaaS customer-facing role
- Deep expertise in Revenue Management principles and technology (RMS, dynamic pricing, etc.)
- Ability to translate AI-driven concepts into clear business terms
- Professional fluency in English
