Description

You will lead market development and partnerships to commercialize PEF (releaf®) in Europe, focusing on packaging and apparel within FMCG. This role involves strategic planning and hands-on deal-making to transition brand owners and converters to renewable materials.

Requirements

• Proven business development experience in packaging, chemicals, or materials
• Strong strategic and hands-on commercial skills
• Knowledge of sustainable materials and circular economy
• Ability to build relationships across value chain
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Define market development strategy for PEF in Europe (food & beverage focus)
• Develop partnerships with brand owners, retail chains, converters, and distributors
• Work closely with Technical Application Manager Europe
• Grow market demand for releaf® through commercial projects
• Convert opportunities within established commercial strategy
