As our Engineering Manager, you will build systems and solve organizational challenges so that engineers can thrive. You will work on diverse products like mall-type EC, OMO stores, and marketplaces, from launch to growth phases.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering management
• Experience in web application development
• Strong communication skills for cross-department coordination and mentoring
• Experience in project management (preferred)
• Experience in hiring strategy and continuous improvement (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Design and improve engineering organization systems and processes
• Mentor engineers and facilitate cross-department coordination
• Contribute to hiring strategy and engineer attraction
• Develop training programs for both new graduates and mid-career hires
