🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute community growth and engagement strategies
• Manage and improve official community channels (X, Discord, LINE)
• Build relationships with creators, partners, and communities
• Share user feedback internally to improve service and experience

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in community management at platform/game/entertainment companies
• Experience operating online communities on X, Discord, or LINE
• Deep understanding of Japanese internet culture and VTuber ecosystem
• Native Japanese and conversational English skills

• Experience with VTuber agencies or creator networks
• Experience with influencer marketing in Japan
