You will join the Workforce Management team to create and optimize schedules, manage absences, and administer shift bids and swaps to ensure the right staffing levels at all times.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize weekly/monthly schedules for agents ensuring adequate coverage
• Process and manage PTO, sick leave, and other absence requests
• Administer and manage shift bids and swaps
