💼 About This Role

You'll join the Ink Room team mixing and matching inks to meet color standards. You'll perform first-piece approvals and troubleshoot color issues to reduce press downtime. This role offers a 10-hour day shift with a Monday-Thursday schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mix and match inks to meet color and appearance standards
• Adjust formulas and prepare press-ready ink batches
• Perform first-piece approvals and in-process color checks
• Troubleshoot color- or viscosity-related issues to reduce downtime

📋 Requirements

• Strong math skills
• Ability to differentiate subtle color variations (FM 100 Hue Test required)
• Understanding of job tickets and ERP data entry
• Follow safety, PPE, and housekeeping practices
