Description

You will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. You'll independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care rooted in harm reduction.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one of the listed states
• 2+ years independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine, including initiating care
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Residency in AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, or WY
