You'll support a wide range of mortgage servicing requests tied to non-standard and specialty loan scenarios. You'll process transactions like ARM loans, SCRA benefits, and successor in interest requests. This role is ideal for someone with foundational mortgage servicing experience eager to develop expertise in specialty processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process SCRA requests by reviewing documentation and validating eligibility.
• Assist with loan recast requests and payment recalculations.
• Review successor in interest documentation and set up records.
• Support ARM rate change processes and borrower notifications.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of mortgage servicing or related financial services experience.
• Basic knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow processes and manage multiple tasks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to SCRA, ARM loans, partial releases, SII, or recasts.
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA guidelines.
• Experience with special loan products.
