• Back up design decisions with available data points.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional mobile game design experience.
• Deep understanding of the Hybrid Casual landscape.
• Familiarity with UA principles and visual hooks.
• Proven ability to deconstruct competitor mechanics.

• Previous work in a Hyper Games publisher.
• Strong background in Level Design or UX.
