Description

Lead and expand a high-performing MSL team in the East region, driving scientific engagement with dermatology KOLs and investigators. You will coach MSLs, shape territory strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance clinical trials and corporate goals at a fast-paced biotech.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, PA, NP), Doctorate strongly preferred
• Minimum 7 years in Medical Affairs and 5 years in field medical affairs
• MSL leadership experience required (2+ years)
• Experience in dermatology preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage MSL team with consistent field observations and performance management
• Provide strategic direction, professional development, and performance management
• Regional execution of Medical Affairs strategy and objectives
• Oversee MSL territory planning to achieve Medical Affairs goals
