- Manage client relationships as primary strategic partner for assigned accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
- Own end-to-end renewal process
- Prepare and present business reviews to executive-level audiences

- Client relationship management skills
- CRM experience to manage accounts
- Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
