You'll own end-to-end treasury operations, cash management, and bank reconciliation within ALU's finance function. You'll establish cash visibility and control across multiple entities and currencies, driving payment execution discipline and month-end close. This role offers the chance to build scalable treasury processes in a fast-growing, mission-driven educational institution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end cash integrity and visibility across all entities
• Oversee payment execution and validate batches before release
• Drive bank and wallet reconciliations to completion
• Own treasury deliverables within month-end close

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting or treasury experience
• Expertise in multi-entity cash management and bank reconciliations
• Strong NetSuite or similar ERP systems proficiency
• Experience with multi-currency operations and cross-border payments

• Experience in education or non-profit sector
• Background in startup or high-growth environments
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CTP or equivalent)
