You'll lead a field sales team onboarding petrol and gas station merchants for Paytm's payment solutions. You'll drive merchant acquisition through QR and POS products and manage relationships with oil marketing companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants
• Manage and motivate a team of 5+ sales representatives
• Drive merchant acquisition through QR and POS products
• Achieve sales and incentive targets through team performance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales
• Proven team management experience
• Own a smartphone, bike, and helmet
• Proficiency in Excel and sales data tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Graduate or higher (Post Graduation preferred)
• Knowledge of local market and merchant ecosystem
