• Experience designing and building highly scalable, performant, resilient systems
• Expertise in cloud technologies and distributed systems design
• Ability to lead and mentor team members
• Strong code/design review skills
• Experience with microservices and cloud deployments

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and implementation of new technologies and designs
• Engage in architectural discussions across teams, influence roadmap, own key projects
• Provide technical leadership to ensure high availability and scalability
• Own building platform features, driving with product and engineering teams
• Code approximately 70% of the time
