💼 About This Role

You'll design and build production-grade Python services and scalable distributed systems for a new AI-powered autonomous sales operating system at Aircall. You'll integrate with external SaaS tools and orchestrate LLM-powered agents that reason and take action. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge AI orchestration in a fast-moving startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement production-grade Python services with clean architecture.
• Architect scalable distributed systems using Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Integrate with external SaaS systems (CRMs, dialers, meeting tools).
• Build and orchestrate LLM-powered agents for planning, reasoning, and tool usage.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of strong backend engineering experience.
• Advanced Python expertise (async, typing, architecture patterns, testing).
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-augmented development.
• Spanish language fluency.
• Background in agentic systems or LLM orchestration.
