💼 About This Role

You'll lead reconciliation and training for a hub operations team at Paytm, India's leading mobile payments company. You'll ensure zero-variance inventory and 100% training coverage to drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliation of devices and inventory
• Identify and close reconciliation gaps within defined TAT
• Conduct onboarding and refresher training for hub staff
• Maintain accurate reconciliation MIS and training records

📋 Requirements

• Reconciliation and inventory control experience
• Knowledge of hub operations or warehouse processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
