💼 About This Role

You'll join our ML team developing novel algorithms to turn raw enterprise data into structured knowledge graphs and embeddings. You'll improve retrieval, ranking, and reasoning performance through feedback loops and prototype methods for LLMs to extract real-world knowledge. This is a rare opportunity to shape the product as a founding engineer at a seed-stage company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop new algorithms for extraction, tagging and resolution
• Collaborate with infra and data engineers to scale research to production
• Prototype and refine models for extracting structured knowledge from text
• Apply knowledge distillation techniques to compress and optimize LLMs

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in ML or NLP
• Strong fundamentals turning research into scalable C++ code
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals: training pipelines, loss functions
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or reward modeling
• Experience with knowledge graphs or entity embeddings
• Familiarity with HuggingFace Transformers, Ray, or vLLM
