You'll serve as a strategic partner to Regional VPs of Sales, translating field needs into data-driven solutions. You'll own full-funnel oversight and collaborate with the Innovation team to scope AI agents. This role offers insight into leadership decision-making at a recognized industry leader.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with VPs to translate field needs into quantitative requirements for Strategy Ops
  • Monitor retention benchmarks and ensure VPs have data to protect their base
  • Identify manual tasks and collaborate with Insights to scope AI agents
  • Own executive reporting for Sales QBRs, storytelling data for VPs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
  • Strong executive presence to partner with VPs
  • Generalist mastery across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance datasets
  • Operational grit to solve VP problems and hand off long-term solutions

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in field-selling organizations
  • Familiarity with AI-powered revenue platforms
  • Experience with QBR preparation and storytelling
