You'll serve as a strategic partner to Regional VPs of Sales, translating field needs into data-driven solutions. You'll own full-funnel oversight and collaborate with the Innovation team to scope AI agents. This role offers insight into leadership decision-making at a recognized industry leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with VPs to translate field needs into quantitative requirements for Strategy Ops
- Monitor retention benchmarks and ensure VPs have data to protect their base
- Identify manual tasks and collaborate with Insights to scope AI agents
- Own executive reporting for Sales QBRs, storytelling data for VPs
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations
- Strong executive presence to partner with VPs
- Generalist mastery across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance datasets
- Operational grit to solve VP problems and hand off long-term solutions

- Experience in field-selling organizations
- Familiarity with AI-powered revenue platforms
- Experience with QBR preparation and storytelling
