Description

You will lead complex system development efforts as the senior technical authority during early client engagements, translating business needs into sound system architectures. You'll operate with high autonomy, mentor engineers, and shape early engagement practices while working across industries on challenging projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics; graduate degree preferred
• 15+ years of engineering experience in client-facing roles or system architecture
• Domain expertise in analyzing novel problems and evaluating technical solutions
• Deep experience with systems engineering in ambiguous early-stage environments
• Proven strategic leadership and communication with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead client technical engagement from discovery through contract close
• Architect systems by driving requirements discovery, analysis, and negotiation
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering disciplines
• Champion organizational growth by mentoring technical staff and improving processes
• Own the technical success of early engagements and partner with Business Development
