You'll onboard KOLs and trading communities to promote our crypto exchange, building partnerships and driving user growth. You'll conduct outreach and negotiations with traders and signal groups to encourage platform usage. This role is ideal for a hunter mindset comfortable with cold outreach.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and onboard trader KOLs and communities
• Build and maintain relationships with crypto partners
• Conduct cold outreach and negotiate partnership deals
• Track partnership performance and user acquisition metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in Business Development or Partnerships
• Solid understanding of crypto trading and exchange ecosystems
• Active presence on Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• Japanese language proficiency for community engagement
