Description

You will design market-leading hardware products for defense technology, owning full-cycle PCB design from requirements to integration. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to prototype, verify, and qualify high-reliability assemblies. This role supports U.S. Intelligence Community customers on critical national security missions.

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance
• 7+ years professional experience in hardware product development
• Full understanding of PCB Layout techniques for mechanical, electrical, manufacturing requirements
• Familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB)
• Experience using Altium Designer or equivalent E-CAD tools

Responsibilities

• Design market leading hardware products with cross-functional team
• Full cycle PCB design: requirements, schematic, component selection, layout, bring-up, test, debug, integration
• Drive product maturity through rapid prototyping, design verification, and qualification
• Implement high-speed digital, precision analog, RF, and high-power designs
• Conduct peer-level and cross-discipline design reviews
