💼 About This Role

You'll lead the deployment and support model for Imogen, a mainframe modernization platform, ensuring fast, reliable, and scalable deployments across customer environments. You'll own end-to-end deployment architecture and build a high-performing infrastructure team. This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional partnership across Sales, Platform, and Delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end deployment model across customer environments
• Enable delivery teams and SI partners to use Imogen effectively
• Partner with Platform to influence roadmap and architecture decisions
• Build, hire, and develop a high-performing infrastructure engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure engineering
• 3+ years in an engineering management or team lead role
• Experience deploying enterprise software in complex, regulated, or multi-tenant environments
• Experience supporting pre-sales or technical scoping activities

• Experience enabling external partners or systems integrators
• Track record of building and developing high-performing engineering teams
