Description

You will guide customers and partners in designing scalable systems using MongoDB, work closely with field partner leaders to drive business growth, and act as a trusted advisor to a wide range of organizations. You'll support sales through technical discovery, demos, and proof of value, while also building relationships with technical partners and contributing to demand generation.

Requirements

• 8+ years pre-sales experience with enterprise software
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#)
• Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
• 2+ years software development experience
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with advisory partners on reference architectures and AI blueprints for MongoDB
• Articulate business and technical value of MongoDB solutions
• Partner with account teams to ensure success across accounts from startups to enterprises
• Support sales activities including technical discovery, demos, proof of value, and presentations
• Build and maintain effective relationships with technical partners as a trusted advisor
