You'll shape the direction of a generative UI product at an early-stage startup. Your designs will help our AI system do design engineering for customers. You'll balance quality and speed in a scrappy, fast-moving environment.

• Design and ship product features using Figma
• Collaborate with engineering, exec, and product teams
• Shape product direction and user experience strategy
• Help AI system perform design engineering tasks

📋 Requirements

• Product design experience at a growth-stage company
• Demonstrated focus on driving business and product outcomes
• Ability to design intuitive experiences for complex products
• Strong communication across engineering, exec, and product
