You'll join BPM's internal finance team, a top California-based accounting firm, to maintain accurate financial records. You'll prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close. This role offers hybrid work in Bengaluru with exposure to cross-departmental collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare recurring and month-end journal entries
• Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliation
• Oversee daily cash and bank reconciliations
• Prepare fiscal and calendar year-end financial reports

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in accounting required
• Semi-qualified CA/CPA or equivalent with 4+ years post-qualification experience
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GST, TDS, PF, PT returns
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
