💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana as an Auto Painter, priming and painting vehicles in our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by delivering flawless vehicles. We offer 100% company-paid healthcare premiums and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prime vehicles and perform final sanding before painting
• Buff, touch-up, mix paint, and use airbrush
• Operate paint booths and apply water-based paint
• Perform paint correction and blending on adjacent panels

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age

• Experience with water-based paint systems
• ASE certification or tool reimbursement program participation
• Prior work in a high-volume production environment
