You'll provide best-in-class travel support to users as part of Navan's Global Operations and Service team. You'll solve issues, communicate effectively, and collaborate with internal teams to remove barriers for travelers. This role offers direct impact on operations and product development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist travelers via chat, call, and email with travel support
• Maintain extensive supplier, destination, and system knowledge
• Make quick analyses of customer needs and urgency
• Provide accurate info for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in TMC/BT Consultant role
• 2+ years GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) to intermediate level
• IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2)
• Customer service experience in contact center or customer-facing role

• Tech savvy with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
• Interest in travel and basic world geography
