🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates using in-house Excel spreadsheets
• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare time and cost estimates
• Review subcontractor proposals and bids
• Monitor market trends for construction materials and labor

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Demonstrated experience as an estimator in civil construction projects
• Proficiency in Blue Beam Revue and estimation software
• Ability to interpret construction plans and contract terms

• Experience with MS Project
• Familiarity with Australian construction standards
