You'll lead sales operations as the operational backbone, owning MIS, dashboards, and CRM hygiene to drive revenue and forecast accuracy. Partnering across Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal, you'll convert raw data into strategic decisions.
π― What You'll Do
- Design and publish daily, weekly, monthly sales dashboards
- Maintain accurate funnel, forecast, and order-book reports
- Analyze large datasets to surface operational gaps and growth pockets
- Support quotations, proposals, and customer agreements
π Requirements
- 5β8 years in Sales Operations or Sales Analytics
- Advanced Excel (pivots, Power Query, complex formulas)
- Hands-on CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Bachelorβs degree in any discipline
β¨ Nice to Have
- MBA is a plus
- Experience in Healthcare or MedTech
- Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Looker
