💼 About This Role

You'll own the execution of ClearPoint's operational function, covering facilities, corporate systems, events, travel, and team leadership. You'll drive the ISO 27001 programme and champion AI and automation across the business. This senior role offers real ownership and the chance to shape how a high-performing tech consultancy operates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage office environment, facilities suppliers, and building relationships.
• Oversee events calendar and travel programme in partnership with Talent & Culture.
• Drive sustainability agenda and maintain Health & Safety, BCP, and corporate policies.
• Lead Operations Administrator and support COO and exec team.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management or similar role in a mid-small company.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and govern SaaS spend.
• Hands-on experience as system administrator or power user of corporate SaaS platforms.

• Experience planning and delivering internal events or employee experience programmes.
• Hands-on experience contributing to or driving an ISO 27001 programme.
• Experience identifying and implementing process automation improvements.
