You'll drive account strategy and growth for named enterprise accounts, leading commercial conversations and developing new relationships with CXOs at Fortune 500+ companies. You'll own expansion and renewal targets, leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance client engagement and identify growth opportunities. Your work directly impacts member engagement and demonstrable results in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop account strategy with customer executives and BetterUp leadership.
  • Own expansion and renewal targets for named accounts.
  • Lead commercial conversations ensuring end-to-end contracting success.
  • Navigate complex organizations to identify champions and build relationships.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years sales experience with 5+ years enterprise consultative selling.
  • Experience selling to CXOs at Fortune 500+.
  • Track record of over-achieving and ranking in top 10-20% of company.
  • Experience leading and closing 6+ month, $1M+ deals.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling into CHRO and Heads of L&D/Talent/Transformation.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce.
