Description

As a MongoDB Solutions Architect, you will guide customers in designing reliable, scalable systems using our data platform, partnering with sales teams to drive deal cycles and ensure customer success.

Requirements

• 5-8 years related industry experience, 2+ years in customer-facing role
• 2+ years with scripting/programming languages (Python, Node.js, Java, etc.)
• Experience implementing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in German and English; Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design scalable applications and infrastructure leveraging MongoDB
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies
• Collaborate with sales team on account planning and technical aspects
• Proactively generate demand through events and initiatives
• Foster customer relationships and ensure success
