As a Staff Software Engineer at Nova Credit, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, define technical strategy, and elevate the engineering organization through mentorship. You'll architect enterprise-grade APIs, launch complex data integrations, and shape core platform scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including high-growth or early-stage startups
• Deep fluency in modern software technologies and architectural patterns

Responsibilities

• Architect and build enterprise-grade APIs and platform-level features (web and mobile)
• Pioneer and launch complex integrations with critical data suppliers
• Shape strategic direction of complex data models for mission-critical attributes and scores
• Define and evolve core platform architecture for multiple product use cases and long-term scalability
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from concept to production
