You'll join a core product team to build and scale Rho's all-in-one commercial banking platform. You'll work across the full stack, from database design to UI, to deliver features like Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details. This role offers the opportunity to tackle distributed systems challenges in a high-growth fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain APIs and distributed services
• Develop user interfaces using TypeScript and React
• Design and optimize database schemas
• Collaborate with product managers and designers

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
• Knowledge of distributed systems trade-offs

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with GCP or AWS
• Knowledge of accounting or financial software
